How do I choose a color?

 

If you want to match your natural hair color or current hair color, you can send us a few pieces of your hair ( take from front, back and top) and we can help color match or you can rent on of our color swatch rings for two weeks with a $35.00 deposit on a MC or Visa.

Who is the retail distributor?

 

Nancy Klos is the retail distributor. She has 40 years experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist and is familiar with all phases of hair color and hair design including wig styling and shaping. She has helped hair loss patients, both women and men find the right style and color of wig to make them feel comfortable and attractive. Nancy is available to people living in the St. Louis and Jefferson Co, Missouri area by calling

Can I come to your salon and wig shop?

 

Yes you may come to Life Styles (636-797-3311)  or if a patient is unable to come to the salon for medical reasons, arraignment may be made to come to the home or hospital.  
Some additional fees may occur.

What is your return policy?

 

All sales of Human Hair products are final.

 

Return Policy for Synthetic Wigs, Hair Additions, Extensions.


Please choose your colors and styles carefully. All sales are final, no cash or credit card refunds. Exchanges are made only if the tags have not been cut off and wig, hair addition or extension is in factory condition. All wigs, hair additions and extensions must be returned to Nancy Klos. All pieces will be inspected upon there return to determine their condition. All requests for exchanges must be made within 1 week of purchase. There is only one exchange allowed per original order. There is a charge of $10.00 per item re-stocking fee for wigs and a $5.00 per item re-stocking fee for all other items. Refused or cancelled orders will pay a 50% cancellation fee. You pay all S&H. You must notify Nancy Klos if you want to make an exchange. Exchanges can take up to two weeks.

How long will it take to get my order?

 

Free Shipping is Parcel Post from the US Postal Service approximately 5 days delivery.

Orders can be shipped Priority Mail, insured in about 3  to 7 days. You can choose Express Mail, Overnight at a higher rate. This will be billed separately. Orders shipped to a country other than US will be mailed International Priority or Express Shipping. This will be shipped at actual cost and billed separately.
