The soft velvet lined ear tabs and nape, combined with new ultra thin adjusters at the nape, prevent friction on sensitive skin. The construction also features sewn in wefts at the lower back to ensure that a woman with hair loss will want a slightly smaller cap than a woman with a full head of hair, the dap size in the collection is Petite Average 21 1/4"
