Return Policy for Synthetic Wigs, Hair Additions, Extensions.
Please choose your colors and styles carefully. All sales are final, no cash or credit card refunds. Exchanges are made only if the tags have not been cut off and wig, hair addition or extension is in factory condition. All wigs, hair additions and extensions must be returned to Nancy Klos. All pieces will be inspected upon there return to determine their condition. All requests for exchanges must be made within 1 week of purchase. There is only one exchange allowed per original order. There is a charge of $10.00 per item re-stocking fee for wigs and a $5.00 per item re-stocking fee for all other items. Refused or cancelled orders will pay a 50% cancellation fee. You pay all S&H. You must notify Nancy Klos if you want to make an exchange. Exchanges can take up to two weeks. Credits are good for one year.
